Situato all’ultimo piano di un edificio, nei pressi del quartiere Eur. 

Al centro della zona giorno abbiamo realizzato un mobile multifunzionale che arreda e articola l'ambiente, definendo le diverse funzioni, senza ricorrere a tramezzature. 

La pavimentazione originale in marmo nero e il parquet in rovere a spina italiana sono stati restaurati, mentre abbiamo sostituito gli altri rivestimenti con una resina cementizia. 

Una scala conduce alla terrazza. Qui, il progetto ha risolto la presenza di ingombranti travi estradossate attraverso un pavimento a doghe sopraelevato, che non nasconde gli elementi strutturali e permette l'integrazione di una piccola piscina.

In questo spazio esterno, la resina cementizia si alterna al legno delle doghe, creando un ambiente armonioso dove convivono, una cucina esterna attrezzata e un orto domestico.

Located on the top floor of a building near the EUR district. 

In the center of the living area, we created a multifunctional piece of furniture that both furnishes and organizes the space, defining its various functions without the need for partitions. 

The original black marble flooring and the Italian herringbone oak parquet were restored, while we replaced the other wall finishes with a cement-based resin.

A staircase leads to the terrace. Here, the design addressed the presence of bulky exposed beams by installing a raised slatted floor, which does not conceal the structural elements and allows for the integration of a small swimming pool.

In this outdoor space, the cementitious resin alternates with the wood of the slats, creating a harmonious environment that combines a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a home vegetable garden.
