Questo appartamento si trova in un edificio di nuova costruzione, in cui la distribuzione è vincolata dalla forma della terrazza e dalla posizione della scala, che conduce alla mansarda.

Dopo aver ottimizzato i percorsi, abbiamo iniziato a lavorare sulle superfici e sui confini fra gli spazi, creando una netta separazione fra zona notte e zona giorno, con una parete di legno che può sembrare un confine dell’appartamento. Le funzioni della zona giorno sono connesse fra loro attraverso dei piani sospesi, che definiscono gli ambienti.

This apartment is located in a newly constructed building, where the layout is dictated by the shape of the terrace and the position of the staircase leading to the attic.

After optimizing the layout, we began working on the surfaces and boundaries between spaces, creating a clear separation between the sleeping area and the living area with a wooden wall that appears to mark the apartment’s boundary. The functions of the living area are connected to one another through suspended platforms that define the spaces.
